“Oceans” is a book of photographs by various artists, published by Rizzoli Publications, celebrating the oceans of the world. The book includes one of Chip Hooper’s photographs, “Moonlight, Garrapata Beach”, 1999. The release of the book coincided with two benefit auctions for the Natural Resources Defense Council (NRDC). The book features writings by Sue Hostetler, Robert Redford, Jean-Michel Cousteau, and Vicki Goldberg. Other artists in the book include Robert Adams, Harry Callahan, Rineke Dijskta, Andreas Gursky, Richard Misrach, Hiroshi Sugimoto and William Wegman.
